Great hotel experience....Located in happening town area with lots of eaeries around...subway is 5 min walk away....hotel staff was excellent and so were the facilities in room....hotel staff understood english fairly and were always more than helpful...there attitude made trip worthwhile

The hotel has a great location close to subway, airport bus stop and many local resteraunts. Easy to get to other areas of the city and the room was very clean. Free coffee and snacks to collect from lobby. Wifi was free and fast.

Not a lot of English spoken but Chinese was possible. Room was really a big single. Could only get out of the bed on one side. Had to remove the fuse from the drinking water machine to shut it up. At 110 USD I expect that better us available.

free refreshment, clean room with excellent bathing facilities, good value for money. Good location which is accessible to subway, closest to Sincheon subway station. Late night bites up to 2 am which are just a few block away.

the hospitality was very good. very near to coex, and so many options of restaurants surround the hotel.

The washroom was excellent and spacious

The carpets, stairwells and other public spaces appeared to be dirty.

Polite staff, comfortable and tidy. Well located for my purposes and very good value for money.

Lack of lounge area (not really expected)

The standart room I got, was small and very noisy! it was room 206, and there is a restaurant under on that side, so there is noise and loud music and smell all the time, it's just not possible to sleep there. I had to upgrade a room to luxe with additional payment. But for this price it's possible to fine better located hotel if you do it in advance. The rest is fine - the rooms are clean, the service is good.

The hotel is based south of the river, a little out of the centre, but it is easy and quick to get there as there is a subway stop nearby. The area itself where the hotel is is really nice (near the Olympic Village) with lots of restaurants and bars. Room was perfectly adequate - wifi, flatscreen TV, very clean.

Free internet and water despenser. Clean room and pretty decoration. There're many and various types of stores beside it. Lotte World is also not very far away from here. It's very convinient for shopping and living.

It's a little more expensive than those motels.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We knew nothing about the area, Seoul, nor did we speak Korean. They were always willing to send us in the right direction for whatever we were looking for. The cost of the quaint room made it most appealing and the subway was within 5 minutes walking distance. Just one or two stops from the heart of Gangnam. I would recommend this to any young travelers on a budget.
